Antonio Le Rose presents Enopralina,  which unite chocolate with the scents and flavours of sweet and fortified straw wine produced in Northern Italy.

white chocolate    g    800

Place everything inside the mixer and add
Sciacchetrà wine*    g    375
Buongusto alcohol    g    500
melted cocoa butter    g    250
melted white chocolate    g    100

*Sciacchetrà is a sweet and fortified straw wine produced in Liguria, northern Italy, in the Cinque Terre area.
