"Pasticceria Internazionale" and Chiriotti Editori present the new book of Antonio Bachour "Bachour in color", the result of teamwork between Italy and the United States, as all the photos were taken in Miami, in the new Bachour Coral Gables. A project characterized by meetings around the world and for which we thank the companies Pavoni Italia, Valrhona, Bravo, and IFI.

350 pages among entremets, mono, tartlets, petits fours, macarons and verrines, anticipated by the autobiography that reveals the author's cosmopolitan DNA and makes us understand the reasons for his ascent and notorious boundless fame. The author of the images is Alan Battman, his partner of previous publications.
